  • Account and billing information provided when purchasing the plugin (name, company, VAT number, address, email).
  • Payment details processed by our payment providers (card data never transit through our servers).
  • Support and contact data such as the contents of messages sent through our forms or via email.
  • Technical data such as WordPress version, WooCommerce version, and system status when you request assistance.
  • Usage analytics collected in aggregate to understand feature adoption (no profiling or reselling).

  • Contractual necessity: managing purchases, delivering license keys, sending updates, and providing support.
