2. Purpose

These Terms govern the use, licensing, and support of the Order-Based Delivery Date WordPress plugin (the "Plugin") and all related materials or services provided by WP4Conversion ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin you agree to comply with this document.

3. Licensing & usage

  • The Plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later.
  • Each paid license (if applicable) grants the right to receive updates and support for the duration stated at purchase.
  • You may not misrepresent ownership, resell paid licenses, or use the Plugin for unlawful activities.

4. Orders, payments, and refunds

  • All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable Belgian taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is handled by our third-party payment processors under their own security policies.
  • In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, individual consumers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right starting from the date of purchase. If you do not wish to keep the Plugin, email us within this period and we will process the refund after disabling your license key.
  • Businesses purchasing the Plugin waive the withdrawal right unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Support and updates

  • Support is provided via email at info@wp4conversion.com during Belgian business days.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to fix bugs and maintain compatibility with the latest stable versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free or compatible with all environments.

6. Liability

The Plugin is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, WP4Conversion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data. Your sole remedy is the refund of the fees paid for the Plugin.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Personal data

We collect and process personal data (such as billing information or contact details) only to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet our legal obligations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Charleroi, Belgium.
